Garlic Press / Mincer
A curved, oval-shaped garlic press with a perforated stainless steel mesh base and an ergonomic handle. Unlike traditional lever-style garlic presses, this design is used by placing a peeled garlic clove under the mesh and rocking the tool back and forth on a cutting board or countertop to mince the garlic — no squeezing motion required.
Key features:
• Rocking/rolling action – mimics a rocking motion (like a mezzaluna) rather than a squeeze-lever mechanism
• Perforated stainless steel mesh – finely minces garlic (or ginger) as it’s pressed against the surface
• Ergonomic top handle – padded, contoured grip designed to fit comfortably in the palm for easy downward pressure
• No pre-crushing needed – works directly on a whole peeled clove
• Open-bottom design – makes cleanup easy since there’s no enclosed chamber to trap garlic pulp
